Three of the four men involved in the home invasion murders of a town of Carroll couple were sentenced Monday in Chautauqua County Court. District Attorney David Foley says the three co-defendants in the Davide Coggins double-murder case enter into plea deals prior to the trial. But, only two of the three actually testified on behalf of the prosecution in the trial. As a result, Steve Todd, who reneged on testifying, will receive 50 years on two first-degree manslaughter counts with five years post release supervision. Ricky Knickerbocher received 32-and-half years with five-years post-release supervision on two counts of first-degree manslaughter while Joshua McCormick received 35-years and five-years post release supervision. Coggins, who was convicted of two counts of second-degree murder, will be sentenced next month.
