A Sherman woman is facing charges of DWI and resisting arrest after she allegedly became disorderly at the Cooler Cafe on Main Street in Sherman around 12:30 am Monday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they also learned that 34-year-old Heather Ramsey-Sheldon was attempting to leave in a vehicle. Deputies were able to locate Ramsey-Sheldon who is accused of driving the vehicle while intoxicated. While attempting to take the woman into custody, she allegedly began to resist. Ramsey-Sheldon will appear in Sherman Town Court at a later date.
