Governor Andrew Cuomo has a message to commuters as the massive snowstorm approaches the Northeast region...stay home. Cuomo is urging New Yorkers that will be impacted by the storm to stay off the road and not to go to work if at all possible on Monday. Authorities are are concerned that it could be busy in the afternoon rush home. And it's very possible Cuomo says that if conditions deteriorate, public transportation could shut down. Forecasters now say New York City can expect 12 to 18 inches of snow.
