New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman today announced that his office sent cease and desist letters to several major retailers, including Wal-Mart, Amazon, K-Mart, and others for allegedly selling prohibited toy guns online to state residents and in at least one case, in a K-Mart store in the Rochester area. The letters are being sent after an on-going investigation by the Attorney General's office.
