There will also be 425 pumps and generators and 55 boats brought in to prepare for flooding. During a briefing with reporters late Friday in Buffalo, Cuomo said officials are afraid that the weight of the snow, plus water on roofs may lead to roofs and buildings collapsing. A flood watch has been issued for most of Western New York, including Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties, from Sunday afternoon to Wednesday morning.
