The long arm of the law has resulted in the arrest of a Dunkirk for an incident that occurred in Cattaraugus County. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Deputies say that they arrested 33-year-old Patrick Phillips on a family court warrant. Phillips was arraigned in Randolph Town Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
