Language in hospice bill has been included in final legislation

Legislation introduced by area Congressman Tom Reed that would strengthen and improve access to hospice services across the nation has been included in a bill that is heading for the President's desk.  Reed says language from the Hospice Act has been included the Impact Act, which has cleared both the House and Senate.

Reed has been working on the bill with Democratic Congressman Mike Thompson of California. The Republican from Corning commented on the legislation during a conference call with several media outlets including WDOE News.
