A 20-year-old Sinclairville woman is facing DWI related charges after her vehicle went off the road in the town of Charlotte. Chautauqua County Sheriff's Deputies say they located the driver, Kira Seiberg, a short distance from the vehicle that had gone off Cassadaga Road around 3 am Sunday. Seiberg was taken into custody for DWI and her blood alcohol was allegedly found to be more than twice the legal limit.
