While they seemed pleased with the Dunkirk City Democratic Committee's recommendation of Willy Rosas as Councilperson at Large, the Common Council will not be making a decision on filling the vacancy until the September 2nd meeting. Fourth Ward Councilwoman Stacy Szukala says she is pleased with the process so far.
