Five people were sentenced Monday in Chautauqua County Court following their convictions on a variety of charges. District Attorney David Foley announced the following sentences:
-41-year-old Alyce Valery of Jamestown, sentenced to two to four years in state prison for one count of 4th-degree grand larceny
-19-year-old Dakota Sugg of Silver Creek, sentenced to one to three years in state prison term for a violation of probation
-30-year-old William Owens of Jamestown, sentenced to one year in jail, a $1,000 fine, and three years ignition interlock device for felony DWI concurrent with 90 days in jail, a $500 fine, and three-year conditional discharge for 2nd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
-30-year-old Jesus Ramos of Dunkirk, sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation on one count of 3rd-degree attempted burglary
-28-year-old Patricia Raynor of Jamestown, sentenced to time served and five years probation for 2nd-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument
