A Little Valley man who is accused of operating a large scale meth manufacturing operation in the Village of Little Valley is being held in the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail after his arrest on Sunday. A Cattaraugus County Sheriff's road patrol is being credited with discovering the meth lab allegedly being operated by 32-year-old Lucas Leclerc. Further investigation led to the seizure of numerous pieces of lab equipment, precursors, reagents, solvents and surveillance equipment, along with about 15 ounces of methamphetamine. Leclerc is awaiting arraignment in Federal Court in Buffalo. The DEA Office in Buffalo is now handling the investigation and more arrests are expected.
