State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli says an audit of the Forestville School District has uncovered some concerns over transportation operations and the cafeteria's financial condition. The comptroller's office contends that district officials have not identified opportunities to reduce student transportation cost. And auditors were concerned about the cafeteria fund's financial condition, which has declined over the past five years. It has led to a $215,000 deficit fund balance as of June 30th of 2013.
