The lead investigator in the home invasion-robbery and police-involved shooting in Jamestown earlier this month is "very pleased" they have two more people indicted in that case. Jamestown Police Captain Bob Samuelson says the Chautauqua County Grand Jury on Monday handed down 22-count indictments against both 26-year-olds Levelle Jones and Jacon Hicks -- both of Buffalo. Samuelson says indictments are pending against three more persons in connection with the July 1st incident at 188 Falconer Street...

Samuelson says there's one other suspect, who is also from the Buffalo-area, that remains at large. However, he's hoping to have him in custody soon as they develop more information. He says that information was mainly obtained during the early part of the investigation...

Samuelson says the indictments include six counts each of 1st-degree robbery and four counts of 1st-degree burglary. Both were arraigned in Jamestown City Court and sent to the county jail on $1 million cash bail each.
