FSCR Pasta for a Purpose Fundraiser Event

FAMILY SERVICE OF THE CHAUTAUQUA REGION TO HOLD PASTA FOR A PURPOSE FUNDRAISER EVENT Jamestown, NY - Treat your taste buds and tummies at the upcoming Pasta for a Purpose fundraiser for Family Service of the Chautauqua Region (FSCR). The event will be held February 2, 2018 at Jamestown Community College, 525 Falconer Street, in the Student Union from 6:00-8:30 PM. The dinner will offer your choice of delicious pasta entrees from 3C’s Catering and includes wine from Noble Winery and decadent dessert Chocolates from the Basket Company. Pearl City Jazz with Ralph “Razz” Rasmussen will provide the musical entertainment during the evening. Only 150 tickets are available at $35 dollars each and can be purchased through Family Service of the Chautauqua Region by calling 716-488-1971 or emailing [email protected]. Each ticket includes a chance to win the Grand Prize of $250 cash! Along with dinner and music, guests will have a chance to purchase items through the event's silent auction and win amazing baskets through a basket auction! Family Service of the Chautauqua Region utilizes licensed staff to provide family focused mental health therapy to the greater Chautauqua region through a variety of programs. These programs include Office Based counseling services, School Based counseling services, House Calls (home based) counseling services, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and the Hispanic Outreach Program. The fundraising event will help support the House Calls Program; a home based program which brings confidential mental health services to seniors who are not able to leave their residence and need help with issues such as depression, anxiety, and coping with disability or loss. As well, the Office Based counseling to help make services more affordable to those who may find their copay and/or large deductible to be a hardship. Attending the Pasta for a Purpose event is a great way to support the mission of FSCR which is to strengthen the mental health and well-being of individuals, families, and our community and at the same time – have a great time!
