Write Here Write Now Author Showcase Saturday November 15 1:00 - 4:00 Hosted at The Brocton American Legion 110 West Main Street in Brocton Meet and Greet with over 20 local authors Perfect for Holiday Gift Giving on Shop Small Saturday ------- Write Now Writers Group’s mission’s to foster ambition, talent, and pursuit of the art of writing. In this effort, they published an anthology last year, “HERE, In This Time or Place”. Six contributing authors share stories, some fiction, non-fiction, poems, and more. All Write Now members are currently residents of Northern Chautauqua County’s grape belt region, and wish to promote literacy within the area, and far beyond. Just in time for the holidays, they invite the public to their Write Here Write Now Author Showcase Saturday, November 25, from 1pm to 4pm. The Author Event will be held at The Brocton American Legion John Dill Post 434, 110 West Main in Brocton. In addition to the six Write Now Authors, 17 more authors will be presenting their books and offering one-on-one opportunities to speak with them. Guest authors include: Jessie Andersen, Mary Carlson, George Clever, Susan Crossett, Scott Downey, Danielle Flexer, Anthony Graziano, Nancy Kay, Charles Freedom Long, Loren Mayshark, Patricia Pihl, Kim Rambacher, Shannon Reber, Dr. Alan Riedesel, Jerry Rose, Debra Sanchez, and Ruth Ocho Webster. Genres range from motivational to children’s, murder fiction to robots. Just in time for holiday local shopping. Come try your luck with a raffle basket each of the HERE authors contributed to as well.
