The Lakeshore Humane Society is holding its second annual "Fur Ball Auction and Gala" fundraiser on Saturday, November 11 from 7:00 to 11:00 pm at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center, 30 Lake Shore Drive West in Dunkirk. This special night out includes a small plate dinner, live auction, live music by the Fredonia High School Jazz Band and the band Point Drive North, selfie booth, cat ear tiaras for sale, fun games, wine provided by Johnson Estate Winery, beer provided by Heenan's Pub, and more! All proceeds from the Fur Ball Auction and Gala will benefit the Lakeshore Humane Society. LHS is a non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to helping protect the welfare of all animals. Its Adoption Center is located at 431 E. Chestnut Street in Dunkirk. Tickets for the Fur Ball Gala are $50 each. They can be purchased online at johnsonwinery.com/eventcalendar or in person at the Clarion or at the LHS Adoption Center. Attire is little black dress. Pre-event purchase of tickets is advisable.
