The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Northern Chautauqua is pleased to announce a spirituality Class, “Soul Types- Matching Your Personality and Spiritual Path on Saturday February 11 from 10am to 1pm. This class is free and open to the public and will meet in room 22 at the Fredonia First United Methodist Church, 25 Church Street.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) not only can be used for career guidance or conflict resolution, but also for discovering which approach to spirituality is most natural for you. Participants in this workshop will achieve:
- a basic understanding of personality types
- an approximation of their own personality type
- an understanding of how personality type and spirituality are related
- help identifying their own spiritual path
This workshop will use the book SoulTypes: Matching Your Personality and Spiritual Paths by Sandra Krebs Hirsh and Jane A. G. Kise. Participants may wish to purchase a copy for their own reference.
