A check of a suspicious vehicle in the Town of Ellery led to drunk driving charges against a Jamestown woman. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers checked on a vehicle at Long Point State Park just before 1:45 AM Tuesday. An investigation found that the driver, 49-year-old Jennifer Zak, was allegedly intoxicated. Zak will appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date on charges of DWI and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
