A traffic stop on North Main Street in Jamestown on Saturday led to a marijuana charge against a Jamestown man. State Police pulled over a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Matthew Seekins for a traffic violation and smelled marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A search of Seekins and his vehicle resulted in the discovery of two pipes containing marijuana residue and a bag containing marijuana. Seekins was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and was also issued a traffic ticket. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
