A Town of Chautauqua man is facing unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Route 20 in the town of Sheridan on Saturday. State Police say they pulled over 23-year-old Jordan Mullen for a traffic violation. While speaking to Mullen, troopers observed a marijuana smoking pipe in plain view. During the vehicle search a bag containing marijuana was located. Mullen was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Sheridan Court next month.
