A Silver Creek man has been charged with criminal trespass in the second degree after an incident at a Silver Creek residence on Sunday night. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say that 54-year-old Eric Jimerson allegedly refused to leave the residence. Jimerson was arrested and arraigned in Silver Creek Village Court. He was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on bail and will appear in court at a later date.
