A traffic stop early Friday morning in the Town of Cherry Creek led to a DWI charge against a Gerry woman. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle on Pickup Hill Road for a traffic infraction just before 3:30 AM. Upon further investigation, deputies found that 22-year-old Kalee Halladay was driving her vehicle in an intoxicated state. In addition to the DWI charge, Halladay was charged with failure to keep right, and she will appear in Cherry Creek Town Court at a later date.
