A 38-year-old woman from Erie, Pennsylvania was taken into custody after her vehicle went off the road Tuesday evening on I-86 in the Town of Mina. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers were called to the scene just before 7:45 PM. After an investigation, determined arrested the driver, Karen Kubasik. She was arraigned on a charge of DWI and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 bail.
