A Jamestown woman has been charged with DWI after a traffic stop on Route 394 in the town of Poland last Saturday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by Melissa Faulkner for observed traffic violations. Further investigation determined that Faulkner was allegedly intoxicated. She was taken into custody and charged with DWI, DWI per se, fail to keep right and cross hazard markings. Faulkner was released with tickets and will appear in Poland Town Court at a later date.
