State Police have charged a Clymer man with unlawful possession of marijuana after he got pulled over for speeding on Friday. Troopers stopped 27-year-old Dustin Sitterley on Route 474 in Panama, and while speaking with him, they smelled marijuana inside his vehicle. After a search of the vehicle, police found a pipe containing marijuana residue in Sitterley's possession. He was issued an appearance ticket and a speeding ticket, and he is due in Harmony Town Court at a later date.
