A traffic stop early Sunday morning in the Town of Poland resulted in a drunk driving charge against a Kennedy woman. Just after 1:45 AM, Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Chelsea Gifford for multiple traffic violations on Route 394. An investigation found that Gifford was allegedly intoxicated. She will appear in Poland Town Court on charges of DWI, failure to keep right, and moving from lane unsafely.
