An Irving woman is facing a drunk driving charge after getting pulled over Saturday morning in the Town of Hanover. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies received a complaint involving a suspected impaired driver on Routes 5 and 20 just before 6:30 AM. Further investigation found that the driver, 33-year-old Kimberly Bennett, was allegedly operating her vehicle in an intoxicated state. Bennett was charged with DWI and failure to keep right, and is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
