A Silver Creek woman is facing a DWI charge after a traffic stop on Buffalo Road in the village of Silver Creek Saturday night. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say the driver, 58-year-old Mary Shaw, apparently didn't dim her headlights. Deputies say further investigation determined that Shaw was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Shaw was arraigned in Silver Creek Village Court and released on her own recognizance.
