A traffic stop early Sunday morning in the Town of Hanover led to a drunk driving charge against a Cattaraugus County man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Mathew Easterly-Press of South Dayton for a traffic infraction on Route 39 shortly after 2:00 AM. Further investigation found that Easterly-Press was allegedly operating his vehicle while intoxicated. He was charged with DWI and speeding in a 55 MPH zone, and will appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
