An Ashville man has been charged with driving while ability impaired in Lakewood. On Wednesday, State Police pulled over a vehicle driven by 52-year-old Rodney Sager on Fairmount Avenue for an expired registration. After he failed several field sobriety tests, troopers took Sager into custody. He was issued tickets for Busti Town Court and released.
