A 45-year-old Jamestown man is facing DWI and other charges after Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a vehicle complaint on Dodge Road in the town of Carroll on October 5. Deputies say they located the vehicle that was being driven by 45-year-old Matthew Guynn. Further investigation resulted in Guynn being charged with DWI, parked on pavement, operating without insurance and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies say further charges are pending the results of a toxicology exam. Guynn to appear in Carroll Town Court at a later date.
