A Lakewood man is facing multiple charges after his vehicle was found in a ditch early Saturday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies were called to Route 394 in the Town of North Harmony shortly after 12:30 AM. After a brief investigation, deputies determined that 26-year-old Justin Johnson was intoxicated. Johnson will appear in North Harmony Town Court on charges of DWI, moving from lane unsafely, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
