A Clymer man faces a drunk driving charge stemming from a traffic stop in Mayville. On Friday, September 8th, Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over a vehicle driven by 55-year-old Mark Griswold just before 2:00 AM for failing to keep right on Morris Street. Upon investigation, Griswold was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and charged with DWI and failure to keep right, then released with appearance tickets for Chautauqua Town Court.
