A Buffalo man is facing a drunk driving charge after he was spotted traveling at a high rate of speed in Silver Creek. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies saw the speeding vehicle traveling east on Main Street just before 1:45 AM Sunday. Upon further investigation, officers found that the driver, 43-year-old Felix Diaz, was allegedly intoxicated. Diaz was issued tickets for DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and speed in zone.
