A 62-year-old Dunkirk man will appear in Dunkirk Town Court after a shoplifting incident at a local business. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies, along with State Police, responded to the incident Thursday afternoon at TJ Maxx on Vineyard Drive. After further investigation, they found that William Pagan allegedly left the store with several unpaid items. He's been charged with petit larceny and will appear in court at a later date.
