State Police have charged a Gerry woman after she was allegedly found to have marijuana. Troopers pulled over 20-year-old Jennifer Holley for a traffic violation on Route 430 in Bemus Point on Saturday. While speaking with Holley, they smelled marijuana emanating from her vehicle. A search revealed that she was allegedly in possession of about one gram of concentrated cannabis. Holley was charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and will appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date.
