A Panama man faces a number of charges after a traffic stop Wednesday evening. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle for several traffic infractions on East Main Street in the Village of Panama just after 8:45 PM. After a brief investigation, 34-year-old Travis Pangborn was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Pangborn will appear in Harmony Town Court on charges of DWI, unsafe start, moving from lane unsafely, and speeding.
