A Gowanda man is facing one count of 2nd-degree criminal contempt in the Town of Hanover. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a location on Buffalo Street shortly after 4:30 PM Thursday. After a brief investigation, deputies found that 34-year-old Jeffrey Schosek was in violation of an active order of protection. Schosek was issued an appearance ticket for Hanover Town Court.
