State Police responded to a call on Falconer-Frewsburg Road in Frewsburg on Monday for a report of a male screaming and kicking mailboxes. Troopers located the man, later identified as 21-year-old Tristin Johnson of Frewsburg, and attempted to place him under arrest at which point he resisted. Following a brief struggle, Johnson was taken into custody and transported to SP Jamestown. He was charged with 2nd degree criminal impersonation, 2nd degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest after troopers determined his real identiy. Johnson was processed, arraigned in the Town of Ellicott Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
