A Falconer man is facing multiple drug charges after a traffic stop occurred on I-86 in Kennedy on Monday. 20 year old Anthony Sylka was pulled over for a traffic violation when troopers smelled marijuana inside the vehicle, and also observed Tramadol Hydrochloride, which Sylka didn't have a prescription for, in plain sight. Sylka was placed under arrest and released with appearance tickets for 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container. He's scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court later this month.
