A 43-year-old man from Ashville faces multiple charges after a traffic stop in the Town of Chautauqua on Friday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle on Route 394 just after 3:15 AM for multiple traffic violations. An investigation found that the driver, Thomas Matjoulis, was allegedly intoxicated. Matjoulis was charged with DWI, failure to keep right, and moving from lane unsafely, and is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
