An Erie, Pennsylvania man was charged with drunk driving after a traffic stop earlier this month in the Town of Ellery. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over a vehicle for speeding on Main Street just after 1:35 AM on July 2nd. The driver, 26-year-old Patrick Fleming, was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and later released with tickets for DWI and speeding.
