A traffic stop on a speeding vehicle last Sunday in the Town of Sherman resulted in a DWI charge against a Clymer man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers saw a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Route 76 just after 7:15 PM. Upon investigation, 25-year-old Marvin Byler was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Byler was charged with DWI, speeding, and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in Sherman Town Court at a later date.
