A Town of Hanover man will appear in court after he allegedly pushed another person. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers responded to a location on Angell Road at about 8:30 PM Tuesday for a civil complaint, and they determined that 37-year-old Robert Shumaker allegedly pushed the victim. Shumaker was arraigned in Hanover Town Court on one count of 2nd-degree harassment, then released on his own recognizance.
