A traffic stop last Saturday in Sunset Bay led to a drunk driving charge against a Depew man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over a vehicle on Iola Drive for failing to stop at a stop sign just after 12:45 AM. Further investigation revealed that the driver, 46-year-old Justin Petit, was allegedly intoxicated. Petit was charged with DWI and failure to stop at a stop sign, and will appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
