A Lakewood man is facing a drunk driving charge after a traffic stop in the Town of Ellery on Sunday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over a vehicle that committed lane violations on Route 430 at about 2:00 AM. After an investigation, deputies charged 23-year-old Michael Turner with DWI, failure to keep right, and moving from lane unsafely. Turner is scheduled to appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date.
