A Dunkirk man faces a DWI charge following a traffic stop in Stow. On Friday, State Police pulled over a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Brian Waller for speeding on I-86. Waller was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. Troopers determined that Waller's blood alcohol content was .14%. Waller was issued tickets and will appear in North Harmony Town Court later this month.
