A North East, Pennsylvania man is facing several charges including DWI after he was pulled over for committing lane violations on I-86 in the town of North Harmony early Saturday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 30-year-old James Leroy. Following an investigation, deputies arrested and charged Leroy with DWI, DWI per se, and move from lane unsafely. Leroy will appear in North Harmony Town Court at a later date.
