A Falconer man is facing aggravated DWI after a traffic stop last night on Allegany Road in the town of Hanover. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they observed 24-year-old Benjamin Lupton speeding. After further investigation, they found Lupton to be intoxicated. While being processed, Lupton was charged with aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more, more than twice the legal limit. Lupton, who will appear in Hanover Town Court, also faces a charge of speed in zone.
