A Frewsburg woman was arrested and charged with DWI early Sunday morning in the Town of Carroll. 34 year old Jessica Johnson was stopped by Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies for failing to signal around 1 AM Sunday. Upon investigation, deputies found Johnson to be intoxicated. She was taken into custody and released with tickets for fail to signal, DWI, and DWI per se. Johnson will appear in the Town of Carrroll Court at a later date.
